Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms\r\nKitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.
The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution.
