The apartment was in a perfect location to everything in Savannah. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Savannah.

I've stayed in other condos in this building, it is the best location if you want to spoil yourself with restaurants and never drive. The windows in this unit are gorgeous. This is my new favorite place to stay.

The best place in Savanna! Fantastic location! The restaurants, shops, and town square are all within a block or less. Parking was included and easy. Beautiful decor! It looks like something you would see on a movie set. The rooms are big and comfortable. The living room furniture is even comfortable (which is rare). I highly recommend!

My husband and I really wanted to try Savannah and this seemed like an exquisite choice. Great sunlight, huge rooms & comfy beds. Everything felt brand spanking new from the towels to the floors to the refrigerator to the washer dryer which really came in handy. This was all confirmed by Mary who responded with lightning speed to all of our questions Perfect location to go exploring – – everything right there. And the parking pass was a godsend! --we love Savannah we love the building and we love Mary!

My husband, myself, son and daughter in law were pleased the moment we walked in. Spacious open floor plan, high ceilings and beautiful windows. I really like the bedrooms with attached baths being on opposite sides of the living area. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping, dining, market square and river st. The condo was clean and well equipped if you were to cook or do laundry. Happy we chose to stay in this unit verses being confined to a hotel room. Will stay again on our next trip to Savannah.

The condo was in the perfect location (walking distance to absolutely everything), and was so adorable, super clean and roomy! Easy to follow check in instructions, as well. I not only will stay here again, I will recommend to all my friends! Awesome Choice :)

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, high ceilings in a historic property – and also conveniently located to everything downtown and on the river. Couldn't ask for more. We had a great time here!

This loft condo was a great base for exploring Savannah's wonderful historic district. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The condo is very comfortable and management is very responsive to any issues that might arise. The parking garage pass which comes with the condo was very useful in a part of the city with limited on street parking. We and our son and daughter-in-law had a memorable time staying there.

The property is nicely furnished and well kept. There was some noise from the street but the owner supples a white noise machine, which was wonderful!! We enjoyed the stay very much!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. There was 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone. The apartment has these gorgeous exposed brick walls and the tallest windows you've ever seen that are perfect for people watching. The king size beds are such a plus! Also, we were walking distance to everything so just parking our car for the weekend and not having to worry about who's driving made it that much more fun. There is some street noise but honestly, you're staying in an old building right in the heart of everything, so if it bothers you, why are you even in Savannah? The noise definitely didn't ruin anything. Absolutely recommending this apartment to everyone I know and coming back asap.

A bit of street noise, particularly on Saturday night, but, overall, great place to stay. Right in the middle of the historic district and 50 paces from Broughton St. so plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. Also plenty of history and scenery within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as pictured so that was nice. Parking about two blocks away included in the price of the rental was awesome. The place was clean when we got there and all we had to do was take out our own garbage and start the dishwasher before we left. Nice! I would definitely rent from this property manager again.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. The two bedrooms with two full bathrooms great for my husband and I, and the other couple we stayed with. It made getting ready a breeze. I was very pleased with the beds; they were very comfortable. The others complained about street noise, but i wasn't bothered by it. The condo was equipped with anything you may need while you are on vacation. I loved the building, it was charming with old historic details. I liked how secure the building was, and the location is just about the best in the city. We were able to walk everywhere, but there were plenty of Uber drivers if you needed a ride anywhere. I would definately reccomend this place to anyone looking to stay in Savannah.

There were six of us ladies on a girls weekend in Savannah and this condo was very comfortable and clean. The two roll always were very comfortable as well! I gave this 4 stars only because the noise level of the street was disturbing to some of us. When we initially got to the condo, we were missing some sheets for the rollaways and so we texted Mary who was very quick to respond and remedy the situation. We were close to everything! Would stay here again for sure!!

This place was so beautiful and you can't beat the location! We had a small issue with the air when we first arrived but we texted the manager and she was very friendly and had it fixed right away. The exposed brick and ceiling beams were beautiful. We also loved the wood flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The only thing missing were a dresser or two to put your clothing in. We will definitely stay here again

If you want to visit historic Savannah, this is an ideal location. The apartment was well-appointed and had plenty of room so that you didn't feel cramped. The owner was quite nice to deal with and really wanted us to enjoy our stay.

the lone drawback was the noise. the apartment is located on Broughton street, in the center of the historic district. However, the "street partying" went on until well past 3am, making it impossible to sleep. First trip to Savannah in 30 years, so wasn't really ready for the volume. If you're going for the party, this THE place to stay, as you can walk anywhere in a few short minutes. Property Manager was great and very responsive. Everything was very clean and well appointed; it was the 3am procession just two floors below and single pane windows the older building had that made Sunday morning just a bit more difficult than normal. Although, we're in our late 50's now so future guests can decide what they value more, location or sleep!!

This apartment had plenty of room and was very clean. Great location...we left the car in the parking garage the entire weekend. All shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The only negative that I could give is about noise. We slept with the TV on because of the noise from people on the streets. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location!

I loved this space! Perfect location in the middle of savannah

This condo was so perfect for our girls weekend! It was right in the heart of downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was very clean and nice, with huge comfy beds. We were able to park temporarily in the post office lot behind the condo building to unload our bags and things, and then head to a parking garage two blocks away and park for the weekend (which was only $10 Friday - Sunday). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend in Savannah. Location and accommodations were perfect!

Nicer than pictures! Comfortable beds! It’s nice being close to all the activities! But, bring ear plugs so you can sleep at night!

I stayed here for a girls weekend. The location can’t be beat and the property was clean. Mary and her assistant were very responsive to all of my questions.
