Amazing location! You can walk to everything! The house was adorable and very clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and kind neighbors. The bed was very comfy. The only complaint was the shower/tub. Although esthetically pleasing, it was quite awkward. Not enough water pressure/hot water throughout the house either. BUT, I do love really hot showers! Mary was very quick to respond when we had an electrical issue. It was a wonderful place and I look forward to visiting Savannah again!

Such a beautifully updated historic Savannah home located right in the heart of downtown. Beautifully decorated, open and airy, with original hardwoods and architectural details. We loved this house on site! The owners have made sure everything is comfortable and welcoming. Walk to Broughton, Bay or River Streets for food, shopping and Savannah night life or walk to Forsyth Park. It's also right off one of Savannah's many historic squares. Perfect spot for a romantic weekend in beautiful Savannah.

My husband and I loved staying here! It is conveniently located and the house itself had such a classy charm. After exploring for the day, it was nice to come "home" and cook while still being in the same room - the open kitchen was perfect to do just that. The bedroom was comfortable as I was able to read in the bedroom nook while my husband slept in. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to staying in Savannah! We are definitely coming back.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is in a perfect location as well. It is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Savannah. The house is clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. It is nice to have a full kitchen to make coffee, cook breakfast, or even make dinner in one night. The price is awesome too! It is more cost-efficient than a hotel, and way nicer! I can't wait for my next visit to this charming Savannah home.

My husband and I really enjoyed this home. It is perfectly situated - within close proximity to great shopping and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise and bustle. It is truly a beautiful home that is clean, well-furnished, and really comfortable. It feels like a home and not just a vacation rental. It is the perfect place to stay when you're in Savannah. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay here for the same price (or cheaper) and have a much better experience with all the comforts of a five star hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely homeaway property. The location is great and within walking distance to do most things in the city. Everything you could have wanted was available in the home and check in was a breeze.

The property is charming and well stocked. The location is perfect and offers access to everything you need within walking distance. And the customer service is great; Mary, the property manager, was very helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved it and can't recommend it enough. One thing to keep in mind: The bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, so be mindful of that.

We loved staying at this quaint townhouse in Historic Savannah for our anniversary. The house is stylishly decorated and very comfortable for the two of us. My husband and I enjoy cooking, and the full kitchen was surprisingly well-appointed and easy to cook and bake in! The stairs to the bedroom/bathroom are quiet steep, so be warned if you are less nimble or a fall risk. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and parking is free on the square. The townhouse is within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go -- River St., Historic district, butcher shop and grocery store. It's also just a short jump to get on Hwy 17 to head to the islands. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We hope to come again!

This house was everything I expected and more. The design was so fresh and trendy and made it so comfortable to stay in. It was within walking distance to most of the shops and historical sites in town. My husband and I absolutely recommend this house to anyone thinking about visiting Savannah.

It was an awesome stay! Would love to visit again! Only complaint would be air conditioning. It was programmed to automatically change to 78 degrees so it was quite hot at night when it changed. Also would have liked to have kitchen sink and bathtub stoppers.

This house was great! Super cute and in a great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Only thing that was a bit annoying was that the upstairs was warmer than the rest of the house. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in Savannah. The townhouse was very nice and close to everything. We highly recommend it with one caveat. This is a historic building, so the stairs are long and steep. Also, since it is furnished with period pieces, there is a claw foot tub. People with mobility issues need to be aware of this. Otherwise this is a great choice.

I loved staying in this house!! I would definitely choose to stay again. Everything was wonderful. So many positives. I have small cons towards the home but they only pertain to personal preference. For example, the claw foot tub is gorgeous, but for my mother it wasn’t exactly easy to shower in. Mainly because it didn’t have much pressure and there’s not an easy place to keep your soap and bottles besides on the bottom on the tub. And then using infrared heaters for warmth was unexpected, but not a huge deal. Two very minor things. The positives outweigh the negatives tremendously! On top of the home being great we loved the location. Everything we needed was close by. This is definitely one to remember, thank you!!

This was the perfect stay. Our first night we had an electrical issue take out the A/C. At 9 at night maintenance was out there and had it fixed within 30 min. The house is perfect and really makes you feel at home in Savannah. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back.

I enjoyed the roe house immensely and was within walking distance to everything. Was really looking forward to taking a bath in the old claw tub, however there was no stopper for the drain. Husband fell twice while in shower, it’s a tricky tub for standing in. Overall a great getaway!!

This home is so beautifully decorated with lots of antiques and wonderful touches. So welcoming. It's in a great park of town, where we could walk to so much within a couple blocks. The street is well lit so not on issue walking back from a night out in the dark. There was always a parking spot out front. I would love to stay here again.

This was such a perfect place for my husband and me. The home was very inviting and charming. The location is great, either a short walk or cheap uber ride to most of the Savannah attractions. Excellent stay, we will look to book again next year!

Water pressure in the sink upstairs is very low and did not have any hot water but this location is great!

We loved experiencing Savannah down to every last historic drop of this beautifully renovated home! Everything was so fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for us. Extremely convenient to downtown, we walked to all meals / bars / tours in under 10 min. We came for a girls trip and couldn't recommend it more, would love to stay again!

Everything about this home was near perfection. It looked just like the photos, the location could not have been better. It was walking distance to EVERYTHING. The home was beautiful and the bed and couch were comfy. The only caveat was there was an off-putting, malodorous smell in the home. Not sure if that was related to the age of the home or some time of plumbing issue that wasn't visible but there is a definite odor that was unpleasant. Otherwise it was great!

This house does not have an unpleasant smell at all to me or to any other guests who have stayed. Savannah does have a paper mill factory just outside of town which smells terrible and it causes "stinky Savannah days" when the wind blows a certain direction. Which thankfully is not that often. The smell does get kind of caught inside the homes so even once it passes through outdoors an indoor space can still smell bad.

We really, really loved our experience here. Everything was clean and so beautiful. It felt like a 5 star bed and breakfast to us, and we loved getting to come back to this place for respite after hours of exploring. The claw foot tub is gorgeous, and you can tell the owners have put such great care into making this home really special. We loved it! Parking was super easy once we got our pass from the city, and the proximity to cool places around the city was perfect for us. We were so happy we stayed here!

It was neat to watch the horse carriages go by out of the front windows. We were very comfortable while staying in this home.

This is one of our favorite VRBO’s in our many years of travel! It’s situated in a great little neighborhood that is walking distance from just about everything you’d want to do in Savannah! It is near some of the best restaurants Savannah has to offer. Clean, comfortable, quaint...simply perfect for any couple wanting a Savannah getaway! We plan to recommend to our family and friends!

We couldn't have been happier with the location of this rental. Although we had to get parking passes, there was never a problem finding a vacant space in our block, and we were able to walk to everything we wanted in the historic district. The bed was too soft for our taste, and the water pressure at the bathroom sink was awful, but everything else in the unit was beautiful and well equipped--particularly the kitchen, where we cooked two dinners. Thanks so much for making our Savannah stay so enjoyable!
