This garden apartment is 1300 square feet! It has a private kitchen, large living room with pullout sofa, and a bedroom with new King size bed and a wicker daybed.
Parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Meters are best handled with a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The Pass is $15 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours as of 2018. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. Within one block there is non-metered parking for those who prefer not to buy the pass.
Shared laundry is available for your convenience right outside your back door in the owner's utility room.

Fantastic
A fantastic apartment just near the park. Easy walking to downtown. The apartment is quiet and peaceful with a great kitchen and bedroom. It was extremely clean and the instructions for access were very direct. If in Savannah you should stay in this apartment.
We had a wonderful stay here
We had a wonderful stay here in Savannah for a long weekend. There were four of us, and the apartment was the perfect size. It was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do downtown, so we were able to mostly just park our cars and walk everywhere for the weekend. One thing to note: The street sweeper cleans in front of the house on Saturdays. If you're planning a weekend trip, your car has to be parked somewhere else overnight Friday night, but can be moved back as soon as you wake up on Saturday. There is a sign stating as much on the street by the house, but it can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention.
Charming!
Charming apartment seconds from the free DOT transportation stop (purple line) and a couple minutes stroll to Forsyth park and its famous fountain. Located in a calm, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!
Great place for our first Savanah trip
We hadn't ever traveled to Savannah before. The location of this apartment looked good - and turned out to be perfect! We walked all over town from there and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The kitchen was perfect for keeping leftovers from all the great restaurants, and storing a few essentials.
Perfect Location!
Location ended up being perfect! First trip to Savannah and I was a little worried the apartment was not what I considered centrally located but the city is so walkable and the free public transit is excellent so it was a non-issue. You can hear some street and foot traffic so if nighttime noise is a problem for you might want to be aware and bring some ear plugs. Would definitely stay again, though!
Large and spacious
This was an excellent place to stay for our Savannah trip! The apartment was large and spacious and very nice. The location was right off of Forsyth Park and close to 2 trolley stops.
Tons of charm
This location is everything! Easy parking , short walk to Forsyth , safe , and tons of charm ! Will definitely be staying here again !

Amazing stay
Our 5 day stay was AMAZING! The location and amenities were all.. if not even BETTER than expected! The unit was EXTREMELY clean and the bed was WONDERFULLY comfortable! Everything is walking distance.. from Kroger's to the Squares. We DEFINITELY will book this location again!! Thank you for helping make our trip to Savannah a BEAUTIFUL one!
Bed so comfy I could have skipped sight seeing
Perfect location. Cozy, quiet space. Beautiful surroundings. And the bed...omg I could've skipped all the sightseeing and been perfectly happy just living in that bed for two days!!!
