Second time staying on the property and will continue to come back.

We where in Savannah for a week to celebrate a birthday with our family of friends. The home is comfortable, clean, well appointed and in a great location. We used the kitchen often and it had everything you could think of at your fingertips. The pool was used nightly to cool off with cocktails and look at the stars. Street parking was a breeze and Savannah is such a walkable city. Having each guest room with its own thermostat, tv and bathroom made everyone comfortable. Mary was so quick to assist and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this home.

Spent a fantastic 5 days with some girlfriends for a much needed get away. The entire house was spotless. Crisp, clean linens on the beds that were a dream to sleep in. It was a bit chilly when we visited so we didn't use the pool but we did sit in the yard and on the many decks available. There is a Kroger food store very close by to stock up on whatever is needed for your stay. The waterfront is about a 30 minute walk. Forsythe Park is very close and is a lovely place to have a picnic. We were there ona Saturday and there was a farmers market in the park. Lots of goodies for sale. Mary was fantastic to deal with, we won't hesitate to return!

Excellent home for our siblings and spouses to gather for our once a year reunion. Nice to have Bedrooms with en-suite baths for all 4 couples. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The property was in a great location and was just perfect for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the living area made a great spot to gather as a group.

Everything about this property was just as the pictures show. I booked it for a group of 7 people.....all of us 70 years old.....and we didn't have a single complaint. The property manager, Mary Anderson, was SO responsive to our questions about WIFI, etc., that nothing was unresolved for more than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property and feel that 5 stars are not enough!

Tattnall Compound was everything as advertised on the site. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great as it was close enough to all sites in Savannah. We only moved the cars when we visited Tybee and Bonaventure. Kroger is a short walk across Forsythe Park. Mary was very helpful during the reservation process and with a couple of minor issues while we were there. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Savannah.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. We had 12 of us staying in the house and we all fit comfortably. The house was clean and stocked with everything we would need. Property managers were friendly and easy to work with. Location is perfect! Can easily walk or take an Uber. Neighborhood was adorable! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing family trip to Savannah and a huge part of that was due to this beautiful house! It was the perfect place for our large family to come back to after a day of exploring the town. The pool was a huge bonus for us. It was a great location, not too far from down town Savannah. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be recommending to others!

I'm one of four kids (all adults with our own kids now) and we all live in different states. We chose Savannah since it was offer a little something for everyone in our group. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We could be together when we wanted to, and have privacy other times. The house had everything we needed. Pool, grill, puzzles, easy street parking, tv with lots of options for everyone, and a quiet neighborhood. The only room for improvement would be the beds. Some we really loud and squeaky every time you moved, and one bed had an extremely hard mattress. Thanks Mary! My family and I made very special memories in your home!

Stayed here with 7 adults & 5 kids. Pool small but perfect for kids & soaking. All kitchen amenities plus. Quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. Nice touch, Alexa in every room! Only downside: soft mattresses & poor lighting in guesthouse. Also note GH bathroom on separate floor from bedroom. Overall, would stay here again.

Our group of 16 had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! So close to Forsyth Park and DOT free shuttle around Savannah!

This house was fantastic for our vacation with extended family. It was so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom! The house is exactly as described and the property manager, Mary, was very helpful.

This house is in a perfect location and is wonderful for a large group. So spread out for privacy but can also gather plenty of people. The pool area was nice and shaded- we wanted to spend most of our time there! I can't say enough great things about this place and check in was so simple. This house was one of the highlights of our trip!

None of us wanted to leave this gorgeous home, right in the midst of historic Savannah! We loved the private pool courtyard... the bedrooms (each with their own bathroom)...the kitchen and living area. We couldn’t have asked for more from our home away from home.

Wonderful house! Great kitchen. Pool very nice. Everything very clean. The room we stayed in had no closet or even hooks on the back of doors. We made do but we had to hang our clothes on things that weren’t meant for hangers. As it sleeps 14, there should be 14 chairs available for the dining table. Need instructions on how to manage the TV to get local channels. On street parking worked out just fine. The Recycle trash can was missing.

We loved the house. Having a bathroom with each bedroom, was ideal. Location was great for walking to the historic district. We had a few issues, but the property manager had them repaired within a very short time. We realize it is pollen season, but wish the patio area would have at least been wiped down, the day we were arriving. We would, no doubt, rent this property, again and suggest it to others.

The house was everything we could ask for. We have 8 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of space with room to spare. The house was very clean. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook several meals. We loved that we were just a couple blocks from Forsyth Park. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was also a huge plus. We will definelt stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Everything was great and management company very responsive, quick to take care of any issues. Pool was weird color when we arrived and they sent someone over within 15 mins. Only suggestion is to have a small refrigerator in the carriage house:)

This was a great vacation for our family of eleven. The house is centrally located with everything we wanted to do a short distance away. The fact there was a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. Our family spent hours around the large kitchen table enjoying the visit. The pool was refreshing after spending the day touring the city. We would definitely rent this property again.

My extended family and I got together for the first time in many years and thoroughly enjoyed this home. Such a peaceful retreat for a large group. The house was immaculate and well equipped. Every room tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool was a great place for the family to reconvene after a summer day. Highly recommended for families.

Everything about the home was great. We got off to a rough start with the key to the cottage missing and a lawn care team working so that we couldn't unload the cars when we arrived, but after that everything was lovely.

Thanks for the kind words about the home. The owners do have routine maintenance for the pool and yard to keep things looking nice. This home is nearly always occupied so we cannot schedule it when vacant or it would not occur frequently enough. The workers who do this tidying up do not need to enter the home in order to do their work which is typically quick and not intrusive for our guests. This particular guest reported the pool house key was not on its usual hook at check in and the maid took it to them 20 minutes after they called. We are sorry for the inconvenience we we are highly reachable and responsive so the oversight was corrected immediately.

Beautifully decorated home with all modern conveniences. Our family of 10 includes 3 generations. We had great family time and quiet time as everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Cozy courtyard included a pool and outdoor relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. No problem with parking.

This was the house we chose to spend time with family the week of my daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect and the house was warm and welcoming.

Wonderful place to tour Savannah from, the owners have supplied everything that is needed to enjoy your visit. We were her with five other couples and it was great in the morning to stroll Forsyth Park and the historic district is easily walkable. The pool was an added bonus on warm days after exploring town. Also plenty of room to spread out on the property. Only regret was that we had to leave early because of Hurricane Irma and a mandatory evacuation. Hope to return in the future.

Loved everything about this place from the fluffy towels to the ease of the rental. We had a minor issue and the property manager got back with me within minutes. Highly recommend it!

The home is very nice, Living, Kitchen and dining were just right for our family, which was 14. Pool area was fantastic, our bedrooms were all very nice, beds were comfortable baths were great. Fabulous stay. Very comfortable and attractive home located in easy walking distance from the riverfront and city market, local food stores and restaurants.

We recently spent a week in this home for our son's wedding. We had 14 guests and not once did it seems crowded, very spacious with room to spread out. This home is beautifully decorated and had every amenity we could have needed. We were even fortunate enough to be able to utilize street parking for 4 cars the entire week. Mary is very helpful with any questions you may have. We would totally choose this home again!

This house is very close to historic Savannah. You can walk pretty much everywhere. When we first got there they had an unbelievable rainstorm and there was some flooding in the house. When I called Mary she had somebody come over immediately and take care of it that night. The house is beautifully decorated, each bedroom has its own bathroom and they're just very quaint and very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone. And I would come back also. Savannah is extremely humid, especially in the summer, so the pool was an added bonus.

Had a great Women's getaway with a group of ladies from college that I have seen in 25 years. So we wanted a place where we could be in one location and not a lot of separate hotel room. The home may appear slightly underwhelming from the exterior but the once you enter those doors you will definitely experience the exact opposite. Large dining table, everyone bedroom was decorated beautiful , nice upgraded kitchen and beautiful decor throughout. Then there is the outdoor area - outdoor grill and bar area which is right off the kitchen plenty of outdoor seating and nice pool house. This house is located only 2 blocks away from the famous Forsyth Park . Over all very nice stay

Stayed here while in Savannah for my son's wedding and everyone loved it. Everyone was very comfortable - the nicest surprise was having the "extra's" - the toilet paper, the dishwasher detergent, the garbage bags, the nicer wine glasses, etc. No runs to the store while vacationing - although the store was just down the road. Parking for 4 cars was never an issue on the street - we got lucky every time and never utilized the 2 off site reserved parking spots. It was a hot weekend and all of the bedrooms stayed cool. Beds were comfortable. The private backyard patio was really nice - bigger than it looks in the pictures and the pool was great for the little ones. Loved the lights on the palm trees at night. Everyone agreed this was a good find & would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very nice. The kitchen had lots of nice equipment for us to use. We didn't have any issues. It's in a very nice neighborhood and is within walking distance to many Savannah sites!

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our bridal party and we never felt crowded.

Very nice property! Wonderful stove to cook on. Loved the outdoor area too. Only suggestion is the outdoor furniture/bar area needed to be wiped down, very dirty. Had to clean before we could use. Windows/ ledges need a good cleaning. Kitchen could use more than one towel and dish towel. (Small details you may not be aware of.) But still a five star!

So glad this guest enjoyed the home. During our March and April spring pollen season one could wipe down the patio furniture twice a day and it would still need more wiping. You will see Savannah car wash operators selling unlimited car wash passes as a special for pollen season, due to this exact issue. It is an unfortunate side effect of the gorgeous springtime blooming flowers and trees in the low country.This is one of the most popular times to come to the city so it doesn't put a damper on things but it is a force of nature.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this home. The location is great. Walking distance to everything and with a bicycle everything you could need is within minutes. The home was well taken care of and the cottage house adds a nice touch. Working with Mary was smooth and easy. The pool was too cold for a dip but the patio was delightful.

Along with our group of 6 other women, we were delighted to have this lovely home to spend a few days in Savannah and going to QuiltCon East. There were a few items that needed attention, but were taken care of very quickly and efficiently by our hostess and her staff. The bedrooms were very spacious and had everything we needed for a most comfortable nights rest. The kitchen is a chef's dream and well stocked. And all the outdoor spaces and pool area are beautiful. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting historic Savannah, as everything seems to be within easy walking distance.

A very pleasant place to stay; generally well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and bright; beds were comfortable. Nearly all activity seems to focus around the living/dining/kitchen downstairs; there were 10 of us most of the time. Heavy trains precluded the use of the patio, unfortunately. The kitchen was especially well equipped for cooking anything you wanted, and we enjoyed that, it is unusual in a rental. Parking was never a problem and Savannah is a "walking city" so we seldom used the car for anything other than going to the grocery store, which is just beyond reasonable walking range. About the only negative to report is that a couple of towel rods in two of the bathrooms were loose in their fittings, but that is so minor as to be ignored. All in all, a very pleasant place for ten people to stay for a week.

Perfect spot for large group in Savannah. The house was large and had a wonderful courtyard. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large group. We enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk everywhere.

Fantastic house for girls long weekend in Savannah. There were 9 of us and many of us had our own private rooms. House very tranquil with monochrome white thoughout. Very nice decor and bedding. Bathrooms all very similar with modern fixtures. Amazing job renovating home! Kitchen is a cooks dream and is equipped with everything you could ever need. Cute little totally private pool and seating in courtyard. We enjoyed cooling off and the pool house. It mirrors the decor of the main house Easy $7 uber ride to downtown shopping and restaurants. The 2 front bedroom suites on the second and third floors do get a bit warm in summer months. There are new fans which do help. We would definitely recommend the home for a large group and would come back again.

This is a very lovely property in a great location. We were a group of 4 couples and had plenty of room and privacy. We still had plenty of room to accommodate more! The bedroom/bathroom suites were very comfortable and gave each of us the privacy we needed. The home is very tastefully furnished. The kitchen was awesome and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio area. The grill was nice for a steak dinner one night! The location was one of the highlights for me. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood very near to a lot of attractions. We walked to visit many things. There is a beautiful park nearby that provided wonderful evening walks for the girls in our group. Grocery store is very convenient too. Everyone we spoke with commented how lucky we were to be in that neighborhood!! There was a binder with all types of helpful information including dining suggestions, tour suggestions, and detailed parking instructions. This was very important as the streets are swept during the week and you must be sure to park on the correct side of the street to avoid a ticket! Mary the manager was wonderful. She made the booking process very easy. She took time to answer all our questions and even gave us information on places to eat and things to see in Savannah. We had a couple of things that needed attention during our stay and she handled them quickly and efficiently. We are VERY satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone staying in Savannah.

My family rented the house for my wedding week/weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean & well maintained. There were 12 of us total and we never once felt cramped. The kitchen is perfect for a large group and the backyard is even better. Mary & her team were GREAT and provided prompt answers for all of our questions. Renters should keep in mind that parking is only on the street and it can be a bit difficult (we received one parking ticket - dang it!) but since everything in downtown Savannah is within walking distance you don't need your car much. The only 'set back' we had was keeping each of the rooms cool, since they all have their own A/C units, and it was hot the week we rented. Overall it was an awesome experience and we would rent again in a heartbeat!

We also provide satellite parking off-street for two vehicles at the nearby Hollingsworth Auto Center, so street parking is not the only option. Details on that alternative parking area are in the house manual (the manual is the notebook in the living room, where you will also find the wifi password) and feel free to ask me for clarification! -Mary

Location is perfect, house is beautiful and the big courtyard w/Pool is a treat. There were 7 in our party and everyone loved the property. Each bedroom is a sanctuary with your own bathroom, air/heat controls and tv. We rented a car as we were unsure of the location, however only used the car for airport pick ups/drop offs. You can walk anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes. Every morning started with coffee in the courtyard, poolside with the birds chirping. The kitchen is fully equipped, even a ninja blender for your blended smoothies/drinks. We are avid VRBO users and I highly recommend this property w/o any hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a wonderful court yard for entertaining. We celebrated my fathers 70th Birthday with 7 adults and 6 Grandchildren with room to spare. My parents stayed in the Carriage House and loved it and the rest of us stayed in the main house where every room is a suite with its own beautiful bathroom. The kitchen was amazing and we had beautiful weather and enjoyed hanging out in the court yard.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Incredible rooms and even more incredible shared space...we spent almost the entire time on the back patio under the lights. Great location, easy checkin.
