This home is located right in the the world famous Landmark Historic District. The Historic District is 1 square mile approximately in total area ranging from Gwinnett to River St, From MLK to Broad Street on the map. Our downtown is arguably the most "walkable" city in the USA with sidewalks and mini parks throughout in a tight grid packed with incredible historic architecture.
You will have access to the garage where you may use 1 of the 2 bays. The other bay is for the garden level apartment which is across the courtyard. Once you go up the stairs to your private unit door you have an entire complete dwelling space that is not shared with anyone. Your unit has a washer/dryer, full bathroom, kitchen (no dishwasher), King bedroom with TV, Living room with TV and pullout single bed. You will have access to the shared courtyard. It is shared with the other 2 rentals in this private compound, and it is completely walled in and secure. We ask guests in all 3 units to limit courtyard use to the hours of 8am to 9pm for socializing to avoid noise complaints from any neighbor and to observe the City of Savannah licensed vacation rental ordinance rules.
