Great girls weekend!
Excellent property, good location, only complaint is we had no idea the road in front of the property was blocked and under construction which made the unloading process difficult. Communication with owner was wonderful, even shipped left behind belongings to us.
We had a wonderful experience staying here! It’s in a great location - easy walking distance to the riverfront & other historic places. Love the apartment - very roomy, comfortable, clean. Liked having a bathroom in each bedroom. Loved watching the people & traffic from the large windows! The sounds & activity on the streets added to the whole experience in the historic district. Definitely will recommend this place & hope to stay here again!
This property was awesome. We enjoyed that close to Broughton St. The girls did Black Friday Shopping, drop bags and go back out. We lived to look out the big windows and people watch. Would definitely stay here again.
This place was perfect for our girls weekend! We had 6 people and it was very comfortable. Everything is in walking distance of this place which makes seeing all the sights easy. The property manager was very quick to respond to all my emails which just added to the experience here! I would highly recommend this place!
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Communication was excellent. The property was as described. The location is fantastic. It is close to City Market, and a few minutes to the riverfront. Very easy check-in/check-out. We would definitely stay again.
Love Savannah, the apartment is centrally located and has wonderful amenities. It is a little noisy Saturday nights but overall a great location. Having stayed at various VRBO's the host provides plenty of towels, dish soap and paper towels and even better coffee!! thank you again for sharing your apartment with us!
The apartment has great space. Bedrooms are comfortable in size and living area too. It's close to everything so you can walk everywhere. No need to drive which is great! I would definitely stay here again if ever in Savannah.
We loved the location!!! It was walking distance to everything in historic downtown. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the sound machine in the master bedroom was a great addition!
This was our second stay in this condo. We really enjoyed it again! Clean, comfortable accommodations with awesome location. Quick walk in historic visit and to River Street. Plenty of sleeping spots with all you need for them!
I enjoyed the majority of your stay. I didn’t know we would be that close to the Main Street for all the noise. Also, the information said that the apartment was a 3 bedroom and it is only a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch. Could have saved money rented a 2 bedroom.
Owner Response
As a follow up we spoke with this guest and she realized she had mixed up another advertisement with ours after looking at many before booking. She apologized after she realized it was her mistake not ours unfortunately reviews are permanent even if they are in error. We have had the same ad for 5+ years and have always listed, described and shown photos of the two bedrooms. We provide an amazing value as well as our rate is actually low for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in this area. And we cover parking for one vehicle 24/7 for the duration of the stay which is a huge savings. The proximity to the main shopping street is also described and location is a highly sought after aspect of this condo.
Stayed here with three other girls for a long weekend. The description is accurate for the condo. It was clean and very close to everything. We unloaded and parked the car for the entire trip. Walked everywhere! We had a great time in Savannah. Communication with Mary is excellent, answers any text or calls immediately. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again.
My family visited Savannah Dec. 26- Jan. 1 and had the pleasure of staying in this awesome condo. The location was absolutely perfect. My son and his girlfriend were with us so having the 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each was great. We did all of the sight seeing stuff and ate at some great restaurants. I would recommend this condo for anyone visiting Savannah.
We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to everything! We could easily walk everywhere! The unit was a comfortable respite from our daily adventures. Be aware that Broughton is a noisy street! We used Mary's white noise sound machine to drown out the voices and vehicles. Parking is scarce in the area, so it takes coordination with your travel partners to load and unload your vehicle.
Four guys stayed here mid-September 2017, with two guys sleeping in the king bed, one sleeping in the queen and I slept on the rollaway in the queen room to keep the living room couch (also a pullout) open to all. (There appear to be 5 beds in the condo - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full/queen pullout couch and 2 twin rollaways.) We had a wonderful time in Savannah being central to / very close to anything you could want to do in the historic district. Never had to take the car out - we walked everywhere. The kitchen was nice, clean and functional. Bring your own coffee filters though - normally I buy coffee filters and arrive to find the last five people did, also, but not this time - there were only three left...which was actually the perfect excuse to go around the corner to The Coffee Fox for coffee. Bathrooms nice and clean, beds were comfortable, though the rollaway was a bit saggy (but what could I expect - it's a rollaway.) Air conditioning worked, TV / satellite was nice to have, elevator to third floor made getting in and out easier...a very nice place, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
We enjoyed the location great access to historic area and river street. However, being on Barnard & Broughton with the muscle cars, bars and bicycle pub crawl on weekends noise levels extremely high until 3am.
Owner Response
Since this is such a popular rental and has been for so many years, it is important to point out that nobody likes a sleepless night. If the noise at this condo was really that bad you would see everyone writing this same thing in the reviews. In reality you will see many guests raving about this location and not complaining about the noise. Being in the center of town is what many tourists desire, in order to experience the walkable city lifestyle we are famous for. A central location is going to come with some city noise. Most of the time, with the help of our white noise machine in the front bedroom, guests are able to enjoy the proximity to the action yet still go back to this condo and sleep just fine. We are sorry this person was not happy. It is very hard to find total quiet in the middle of the city and depending on the guest's normal home environment it's possible that any downtown historic property would seem too noisy for someone's taste.
What a great decision to rent this condo for our daughter's graduation from SCAD! It was close to the Civic Center so we could walk to the graduation and then walk back for light refreshments in between ceremonies. Beyond graduation, it was easy to get to all the action in Savannah for the newbies in our group who had never seen River Street, Market Street etc. We didn't waste time traveling and we didn't waste our energy to get back and forth. Loved the elevator so not many steps once inside the building. The condo was also extremely comfortable. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The mattress in the larger bedroom was so plush, I meant to ask about the brand. I need to know! There were so many towels, sheets etc. that we never worried. The kitchen/living room area served our after graduation celebration well. Enough counter space to put out the cookie cake etc and plenty of room to open cards and gifts. Bar stools, cafe table and two chairs, swivel chairs and couch provided many seating options. Loved the high ceilings and large windows to look down on Broughton Street. Even when we were taking a break, we felt like we were part of the action. If someone in your group is addicted to StarBucks, it's just a short walk away. Wi-fi and A/C and refrigerator worked well. Wish there was an ice maker (not used to cracking ice trays) and wish the parking garage was a smidge closer, but overall would definitely rent again! Easy to work with owner. Thanks for a great stay!
We so enjoyed staying in this home. It was close to the public transportation, and within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable and the space was wonderful. Parking was very convenient. There was some street noise at night, but the little sound box thingy worked very well to minimize it.
My wife, two small children and I recently had the opportunity to visit Savannah. Unfortunately, we arrived just as Hurricane Matthew was headed our way. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights and ended up stuck for 5 days during the mandatory evacuation and dusk till dawn curfews that were in place. We were in constant contact with Sam and Mary during the hurricane and they were amazing to deal with. Sam ensured that we were safe during the storm and provided constant updates as far as information he was receiving on open businesses and restaurants near us. I can tell you there was not much open other than a walk up window at McDonalds with a limited menu and even that was a 45minute wait so learning of other options was great. We found the unit to be very clean, well stocked with kitchen items and a perfect size for the four of us. During the hurricane, the bank of satellite dishes blew completely off the roof top ledge that they were secured too. I send Sam an "FYI" message and the following day he personally came out and fixed the satellite dishes even though it was probably the least of his worries the day after a major hurricane and not a pressing issue for us. Sam and Mary also oversee many other units in the building which made it convenient for us to be close to family that was also staying in the building for the trip without us having to share one larger unit or be at two separate buildings. The location of the unit was amazing. The parking garage was about a 1 minute walk and everything in the downtown Savannah area(shops, restaurants, bars, Starbucks, drug stores, historic landmarks) were within a 10 minute walk in any direction. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other units that Sam and Mary oversee and look forward to returning sometime that there is not a hurricane. _Mike Allen_ Tucson, AZ
This was our first trip to Savannah and we had a wonderful visit. The condo was very comfortable and very clean. We loved being in the historical section of Savannah close to so many things. The only downside was the evening noise levels....recommend using the noise machine in the master bedroom if you go to bed before 1am. But it was so worth it to be close to the museums, houses, and shops....we left our car in the parking garage for our entire stay walking to wherever we wanted to go. And there was so much to do in the city....we especially enjoyed taking an architectural tour our first morning around the city....it helped us decide which places we would see this trip. Also, the tour provided us with a better understanding as to why Savannah's buildings were placed where they were as well as how the garden squares were planned out and why they were done this way. Ruth, Dave, & Amy
We had a group of 7 stay here for the long weekend. Mary was wonderful and very responsive during our stay. The property was clean and comfortable for a large group. If you are bringing more than 6 people, there are 2 additional cots provided which aren't the most comfortable, so plan accordingly. The tall ceilings and windows are beautiful and provide a lot of light in the morning! The noise maker provided in the master bedroom to help drown out street noise was a nice thought, but if you are a light sleeper this will not be enough! The streets can be very noisy throughout the night. This property is in a GREAT location - especially if you like to shop. Some of our favorite stops nearby were Jazz'd Tapas and The Olde Pink House (dinner), Terra Cotta and Savannah Bee Company (shopping), Leopold's and Byrd's (sweets) and Moon River Brewing Co. (great outdoor space). I also highly recommend scheduling a Savannah Slow Ride for your girl's weekend - it was a blast! We would certainly stay at Telfair Loft again.
We had a girls weekend in the condo. We had 7 and we all fit comfortably. it even looked a little bigger in person. The condo was nice, has been updated, and clean for the most part. It could have used some more dusting but wasn't too bad. The location is excellent, couldn't ask to be any closer to the shops, restaurants and bars. The condo has everything you need. A great place to stay and would stay again! unloading and loading is a bit of a pain. We pulled in the alley right behind and was asked to move within minutes, I told him we were getting our stuff out of the car and the car wasn't going to be unattended. there was no one trying to get back there either. I still got an attitude. We unloaded and the car was moved. we loaded the car to come home this way too. No harm, no foul. Just don't leave the car alone. The parking garage is a block away but close enough to walk for sure. The elevator was fixed! Minimal lighting and only painted black so it was creepy and a little scary at first but it was fine. much better than taking the stairs!
This was a great stay. Mary was very gracious and had this great place available. Her rentals and locations are the best. This is a can't miss location, with easy access to all Savannah has to offer. Well appointed!! The parking was a breeze with the supplied parking garage pass, just around the corner behind the Telfair museum. Easy walking distance to City Market, River Street, and all the Historic Squares. This our first stay here, but second with Mary's beautiful rentals, and it won't be the last. Thanks Mary.
We loved our stayed at Mary's condo. The accommodations were wonderful from the moment we walked in the front door. Mary provided plenty of everything, including brochures of things to do in the area, lots bath towels, movies to watch, all needed kitchen items, a white noise machine, and fans. The space is large and nicely decorated with plenty of storage and worked perfectly for a family of five - we all had room to spread out. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would love to go back ourselves one day. We also enjoyed the proximity to the downtown area of Savannah. As mentioned by previous reviews, Savannah is a lovely city that is HOT and HUMID in the summer, and it was hugely convenient to have a space within walking distance from which to come and go. We had a parking spot in a covered garage just a block or so away, (included in the condo rental) and it was an easy and enjoyable walk through Telfair Square to access. Savannah has much to offer and so did Mary's condo! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Make sure the elevator is in service unless you really don't mind the stairs. Spending the day rambling in beautiful Savannah with a heat index of 110 then beings faced with a third floor walk-up with bags, groceries, booty from shipping is a bit much. Condo was clean and well appointed. Everything functioned normally, including the elevator after the second day. Parking is about 1.5 blocks away. You can park in the street but be careful out you will get a ticket. Highly recommended, but check on the lift first.
This condo was in the best location in Historic Savannah. It was within walking distance to almost everything on our to do list. beautifully decorated and supplied with most everything needed for our stay. The elevator was still not operational, but was definitely in the works and nearing completion. Mary Anderson had gone so far as to provide someone to bring our luggage and belongings to the condo upon arrival and the lobby upon departure so that we did not have to do this ourselves.. We all would gladly recommend this property to anyone , and would suggest that they contact Mary to discuss their needs when planning a trip to Savannah. She was the most accommodating Renter I have ever dealt with in my many experiences with VRBO/Homeaway.. Brian
The condo was exactly as described. Location was great, you could walk to everything. It was roomy and comfortable. Only complaint is that the elevator was out during our stay and we did not know about it until we called for check in instructions the week before our stay. The owner did tell me to let her know if we needed help getting our bags up.
Owner Response
Our elevator is now working! From 2015 until now I disclosed on the ad that the planned renovation would result in periods that the elevator was shut down for the equipment installation. This was a major undertaking with a tricky timeline and I did my very best to notify and work with guests during that period based on their ability to do the walkup. This building location is so fantastic that very few people chose to move or cancel based on this info. As it turned out we had guests using the stairs regularly. We are beyond thankful that time period is over now and guests can ride to the 3rd floor. - Mary Anderson, Jun 16, 2016
I stayed at this apartment with five friends for a girl's weekend. The accommodations were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. I know that some of the reviews mentioned street noise in the master bedroom, but it was not a problem for me at all with the white noise machine turned on. This place was within walking distance of everything we did, which was awesome! I communicated with Mary the property manager throughout my stay. We had one issue with the fridge and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The only down side to the stay was that the elevator was broken and walking up and down three flights of stairs was not fun, especially when loading and unloading. But overall the stay was great and I would absolutely book this place again!
I couldn't have been happier with this unit. We had seven girls staying in the unit for a long weekend and we had more than enough room! Everything was clean and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Mary was extremely helpful! The elevator is still out so that would be concerning for anyone in poor health because there are a lot of steps! The location is perfect and we walked everywhere we went. We never used our car. Awesome unit!
Steps away from most of what Savannah has to offer. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. All the amenities provided were just what we needed for our stay. Despite the street noise on the weekend evenings and the broken elevator (both that were addressed in previous reviews - so we were aware of them), our first experience with a VRBO property was very positive.
Great location, walking distance to just about everything. Very spacious unit, seemed very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable and fit a large group for a girls weekend in Savannah. The only complaint was the loud traffic noise in the master bedroom but that really just comes with the location. Would definitely rent from again!
This was our second stay at this property. The location is great! Be prepared for lots of street noise but this doesn't bother us. Also sunlight streams into bedrooms as a large high window has no covering. Not a problem for us but might be for some. Kitchen stocked well. Lots of towels etc. Clean Elevator broken in March apparently since December. Lots of stairs. If you cannot walk these double check to make sure the elevator is working. We considered it cardio but my 72 year old mother would not have been able to handle them. Again, location location location!!
This apartment was very nice. We were 4 women who were traveling together and it had everything we needed for our stay. It is located perfectly for a walking vacation of historical Savannah. We did not rent a vehicle and were able to walk everywhere with the exception of a trip to Tybee Island and a tour of Bonaventure Cemetery, but shuttles were easily found for those kinds of outings. There was a small issue with the elevator, but the walk up and down the stairs was probably good for us after indulging in wonderful Savannah food and drink! Mary was great to work with!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was large, clean and had amenities necessary. It was in a great location to allow us to walk to everything. They provided parking a block away which really was not a big deal and we did not have to pay for it. I liked that we could get to River Street so easily and the shopping and restaurants were plenty. The street noise never bothered us even though we used the sound machine just to use it. The place was roomy and well appointed. We used this for a girls weekend place and it was great!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we wanted to see or do in the historic district was very close by. The condo was wonderful! Very clean with all the necessities provided. It was a little noisy being right on a main street, but the sound machine provided helped minimize that. Also, it was a little inconvenient loading and unloading luggage for 5 people when the parking garage was a block away....but a few coins in a nearby parking meter, and all was well. Overall, we were very pleased with everything and would definitely consider staying here when we visit Savannah again!
Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Location was fantastic! We were close to everything and only a short distance to River St. Room was gorgeous, very clean and wonderfully stocked. Our only complaint would have to be parking. Room comes with 1 parking pass to a deck nearby (a block or more away). It makes unloading and loading difficult. The other party staying with us received a citation for parking in alley for less than 10 mins to load their bags. Also, parking is never available on the street. Due to the location of the condominium it stays really busy at all times. We just felt for as nice of a place it is, the parking would be better accommodating.
Owner Response
Savannah is known as America's first planned city. Since the plan was made in 1733, cars were not a consideration. This building was erected in 1849 and is in the busiest intersection of the city. One of the reasons Savannah is so famous is the beautiful city layout & the walkability throughout the one square mile Historic District. Parking your car merely one block away from this building is actually a luxury. If your priority is to park closer to your rental please ask for suggestions since there are some rentals in more residential areas that might suit you better.
Enjoyed our stay. Great location as it's walking distance to a number of shops, coffee, restaurants, waterfront, etc. Didn't use our car all weekend. Plenty of space in the rooms and nice to have separate bathrooms. Very clean and plenty of towels. Would definitely stay there again.
Comfortable and spacious condo which could not be in a better location! Walking distance to river, restaurants, and City Square which features live music every evening. Parked our car with the provided pass ( need it to get out of garage as well) and didn't need to use it again until we left. Everything we needed was provided....towels, sheets, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, washer, dryer....even laundry detergent! Just wish there was an ice maker in freezer....had to use old fashioned ice cube trays! Would highly recommend this condo if you are planning a stay in Savannah. Be sure to try Goose Feathers Cafe for breakfast, and Jazz'd for excellent Tapas! Both right up the street from condo. Do yourselves a favor and skip Paula Deen's restaurant (the Lady and Sons) at all costs!! Huge ripoff and total disappointment! Much better choices to eat within walking distance.
What a beautiful and charming place! Perfect location. It was so nice to come home to a living room after a long day of walking around town and be able to relax and enjoy wine and talk with the girls weekend group! The back bedroom very quiet, the front bedroom noisy Friday and Saturday night but we were prepared and put the light sleepers on the back room. Loved the place! Plenty of space and nice. Thank you!
Beautiful and spacious condo located in a great location close to one of the squares. We had no need for car as we could walk everywhere. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. It had all the extra touches that made you feel right at home.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was well Maintained and in just the right location. It's proximity to the city market, parks. restaurants and river front was ideal. The only down side was the street noise in the front bedroom.
This condo was very nice and the location near City market was ideal. The condo itself was comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The only thing I might add is to increase the number of hangers in the closet! Also, the elevator was unpredictable and unreliable. We noticed that it had last been inspected in 2012!
Very nice, spacious, and clean 2/2 apartment right in the middle of Savannah. We walked everywhere. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tours etc. The Pedicabs and carriages were very convenient and available too. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Savannah.
We stayed here for our son's graduation from SCAD. It was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the ceremony in less than 5 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tours, River Street. Would highly recommend, and will definitely book again next time we visit Savannah! Common areas were great. Bedrooms and baths very comfortable. Faces Broughton Street, but street noise was not an issue for us. Loved staying here!
The condo was perfectly located un the heart of Savannah. We enjoyed the beauty of the rooms and the amenities afforded us. Having a parking garage pass was very convenient. Clean and comfortable, we would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Savannah. For a real treat, take the orange and green trolley with Reuben as the driver/guide for the best tour in town.
We had a great time in Savannah! The Telfair loft was great...very clean and convenient to all the sights in Savannah. It had all the comforts of home. The loft was ideal for 2 couples as each bedroom had a private bathroom. We would love to return!
Description list and photos were perfect! Property was very clean. All questions we're handle great and answered. We would recommend this property to friends and family! As for activities, attractions and restaurants all were in walking distance. It was so nice we didn't need a car to get around. All the street were so clean and you didn't have to be afraid to walk around.
This is an excellent place to stay in Savannah, and all five of us were mighty pleased. I highly recommend this place. Mary is a terrific host and took the time to provide us with all the information we needed to decide on where to stay for our vacation in Savannah. The apartment was clean, very well equipped, and well maintained. And to top it all, the location is perfect.
Traveled to Savannah for a few days for a first-time trip for our children. What a perfect location and condo to do so! Mary was wonderful to work with in making our reservation and very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was spacious and well-equipped. It has a full-size washer and dryer!! The beds were very comfortable! The location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit including the river, city market, Leopold's ice cream, and The Lady and Sons. Since the condo is situated right in the hub of everything, it is noisy but did not interfere with our sleep!!! I would recommend purchasing the garage pass as on-street parking is hit or miss. The garage is less than a 5-minute walk to the condo. If you have a roof cargo carrier, it probably will have to be removed before entering the garage!!! We will definitely contact Mary again when we return to Savannah!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Savannah. The location of the condo was super!! We were close to everything. City Market, River Street, Ellis Square, etc. A Parking Garage pass was included and only a short walk away through Telfair Square. The condo was very comfortable and quiet even with busy city traffic below. The Owners were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.
This apartment off of Broughton was amazing! It was the perfect Girl's Weekend Away! We were steps from all of the shopping, restaurants and historical attractions! The accommodations were more than expected! We had plenty of room for everyone! We are already looking to book out next vacation!
My family and I traveled with another family to Savannah for Spring Break. We loved this location! Not only is it walking distance to the Riverfront but it's in the heart of the City Market area. The condo was sunny, clean and worked perfectly for our travel party. What made the visit extra special was the true Southern hospitality of the manager, Mary. Not only was she awesome about making sure we had everything we needed before arrival but she took extra care in helping us get an internet connectivity problem fixed. I can't say enough about this property and the property manager.
THe owner of this property is super professional, very accomodating, and easy to contact and communicate with. We traveled with a small child and she provided us with all we needed so we didnt have to travel with so many extras. The condo was immaculately cleaned and very spacious. The pictures are very accurate. Its location is perfect for walking to anywhere in the historic district...esp to all the tourists hotspots like Lady and Sons, Old Pink house, Mrs Wilkes, the river walk etc. However, the location was a bit of a catch 22. At night it gets very loud on the weekends (Thurs thr Sat). The condo is on the second floor and if you are sleeping in the master or are in the LR the street sounds, house music from the nearby clubs, and drunkin yells from college kids do get a bit obnoxious. The owner does provided a white noise machine in the MBR which did help to a some degree. However, I was traveling with a <1 year old so this was a irritation. We eventually had to put him in the guess room which was much quieter esp with the machine! If you are traveling for a girls or boys trip or will be out at night then its perfect and prob wouldnt bother you much. Otherwise, the property is a great find! Safe and secure
Owner Response
I am happy to see all of the positive feedback on this review! Regarding the city noise, it is important to remember that most visitors to Savannah want to be close to "The River" and close to the tourist attractions. This condo is exactly where 99% of the people who call me about a rental want to be. Luckily the city noise is seldom a problem. However it is inevitable that on occasion it will be noticed. In Savannah the Historic District is quite small and while there are streets that are more residential and therefore more often quiet, the houses are right next to one another and the city is full of college students and vacationers so one can never be in a "good location" and also be guaranteed a completely quiet evening. I am happy to talk to potential guests about their priorities and I feel confident I can help my guests choose the right location for their vacation. -Mary
This condo was the perfect place for our girl's reunion weekend. We were right in the heart of shopping/restaurants and an easy walk to River Street. Five women stayed and we never felt like we were cramped in. The extra roll away bed was a plus. Being able to have a cocktail and appetizers in our living room before heading out was wonderful. The owner, Mary, was a pleasure to deal with. We won't be staying in a hotel in Savannah ever again and hope this condo will be available for our trip next year!
Owner Response
Thank you so much! I am actually the manager not the owner but I am glad I take care of it well enough to seem like the owner. I own a different unit in the building. -Mary
delightful Apartment
This was a delightful and delightfully located apartment in the heart of the historic district. Easy walking to restaurants, shops, and Bay Street. The apartment itself was perfect for two couples - comfortable common area and two private bedroom/bath combinations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nice condo and perfect location
The condo was nice and the location was perfect. However the entire street was under construction for new sewer pipes. Be prepared to hear heavy machinery from 6am to 6pm...then the party outside begins....so lots of noise.
Location, location, location!
Location, location, location! So great to walk out the door and be able to get dinner, go shopping, see the sights in seconds. Condo is clean and modern but with the charm of a historic building. We loved sitting by the big windows and people watching the street below. Plenty of sleeping options with the 2 bedrooms, fold out couch and 2 rollaways. Kids enjoyed the board games provided too! Thanks!
