In Savannah many of the townhomes have "garden level apartments" which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove.
Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

Great location, cute and clean
Great location, Cute, Clean, Communication with Mary was easy and the reserved parking spot made life simple! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return! It was PERFECT!!!
Couldn't ask for more-PERFECT
Mary’s Jones Street apt was PERFECT. It is decorated adorably, was spotless. The private parking space was handy since we were able to just park the car when we got there and never used it again. There were a lot of points of interest within walking distance and the hop on/hop off trolley company not only sent a driver to pick us up both mornings but brought us back at the end of the day. Couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly re immense staying here!
Beautiful and spacious
Mary's place was beautiful and as described. It was spacious and had very high ceilings which was nice! It was walking distance to river street and several bus stops. And the street the house is on was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay!
Had everything our family of 5 needed
Mary's place was a perfect location in downtown Savannah! Easily accessible, convenient private parking, and great amenities. We travel with 3 children and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Savannah charming
Mary's place on Jones Street was great! It is very clean, has lots of Savannah charm, and is close to a lot of restaurants and the main shopping areas. The outdoor area has a nice table in the front and backyard areas to enjoy morning coffee and the beds are very comfortable. I would stay at Mary's again!

Tons of Savannah Charm

Perfect space for our family
Mary was a wonderful host. The space was perfect! Modern, clean and open spaces allowed our family to relax on our vacation. We had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Particularly accommodating, Mary allowed us to arrive a day early at the last minute as we were escaping the path of Hurricane Florence which was coincidentally headed to our home town. This space was gorgeous as was the location. Very accessible to everything in the historic district. I highly recommend staying here.
Great Choice
This was a great choice for our family with the 2 King bedrooms. Plenty of space, great location and much cheaper than 2 hotel rooms.
