The apartment has a queen bed, a nice bathroom, a small equipped kitchen (has pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses). Living room area with TV, bistro dinette set and a love seat.
This carriage house apartment is upstairs behind a gorgeous mansion that faces Bull Street. This is a quiet, romantic oasis in the midst of the busy city environment. Unlike most carriage houses the entrance is not in an alley, you come in a side gate off of Harris Street. A well known bookstore is part of this compound.
Other things to note
Parking is on-street and spots are typically easy to find at this location. Meters are best handled by either downloading the ParkSavannah App or purchasing a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The Pass is $15 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours as of 2018. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan St. There is always somewhere to park.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Tucked away in a quiet area with locked gate, in the BEST location! Walking distance to phenomenal restaurants and bars... beautiful Madison Square is a perfect oasis for morning coffee. We also truly loved the book store downstairs. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. An absolute gem!

Back a second time
Our 2nd stay at this apartment. We really like the size, price and location. We will book again on our next Savannah trip. Great location on Harris St. Easy walking distance to all downtown locations. The south of Liberty St. location means free parking on the weekends, even though easy to get parking pass can be had for week days. Quiet, nice size for two people, very comfortable and well priced.
Comfy and clean
We loved it! It was so clean and cozy. Very comfortable for a couple. Also, it was in a great location. Its a little tucked away in a very public street, but once you find it, its hard to miss again! Although it is in a very public part of Savannah, it was very quiet during the night.
Clean and beautiful
My fiancé and I stopped in Savannah on a long trip back home from Key West. Had we known how much we would love this spot we would have stayed longer! The location is amazing, nestled right in the historic district. We arrived late and walked down towards the river for dinner and felt safe the whole time, and was a fairly short walk. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful modern garden decor style. Check in/out was very simple and Mary was quick to communicate with us when we reached out.

Felt right at home
This was our first Aribnb experience and it was fantastic! All of Mary’s instructions on how to access the apartment were very thorough. We felt right at home in her cute apartment!
Cozy clean and convienent
We absolutely loved our stay at Mary's place. It was cozy, clean & SO convenient to many places! Within walking distance to everything! The bed was super comfortable, as was the love-seat in the living area. Great book store & tea room right next door. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah.
Extremely Walkable
This little apartment is in a great location and looked just like it appeared in the photos! The neighborhood (and much of Savannah) is quiet and extremely walkable. The kitchen is quite small but for 1-2 people is just fine and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants in walking distance. Mary was extremely responsive and accommodating.
