Marys place is absolutely stunning. The place is beautiful, modern and clean. She has thought of every detail an out of town guest may need. My friends and I had a lovely stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Mary's place is wonderful and exactly as the pictures demonstrate! You feel as though you are in a CLEAN and COMFORTABLE environment with everything you could think of already available. The kitchen is beautiful and perfect for a group to hang out while cooking meals. Came here for a girls' weekend and would come back! Great stay and Mary is very responsive. Awesome host!

This home was impressively decorated and very clean. It’s proximity to historic downtown is very convenient. The included parking space makes getting in and out a breeze, but ride share is also priced right. Grocery within walking distance. This beautiful home leaves little to be desired.

We just loved this property!! Everything was perfect, very clean, and great amenities. Beautifully appointed and decorated, and we received an immediate response to the one question that we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Immaculately clean and beautifully appointed home in a great location. We were thrilled with all aspects of this darling house. The master bed was so comfy I had to ask what the brand was. Based on previous reviews of the master being located by the busy/noisy street, we came armed with earplugs. However, the noise was not a problem even on the weekend and we didn't end up using the earplugs. That said, it can't hurt to bring some just in case. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Savannah!

The space is spacious and so beautifully decorated. The special touches provided really add to a feel at home experience. It's conveniently located and very close to stores, restaurants, and river street. The free trolley into town was also close and convenient. We loved the house and hope to return soon.

Fantastic townhouse, beautiful inside and out!!! Very accommodating for my family. We didn't see as much of Savannah as we would like to have because we didn't want to leave the house. Played games, watched TV, enjoyed some snacks, and of course got a good nap in. I highly recommend 716 Price St, and Mary.

Great home to stay in while visiting Savannah. Mary’s home was very clean, spacious, new, and very comfortable! The beds were so comfy! Everyone room was clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper and sleep in the king room, bring earplugs. There was traffic, so it was noisy at times. I usually sleep with earplugs and slept great. The rooms facing the back are quiet. I would definitely stay here again! We found that it was super easy to Uber/Lyft from the house rathering than finding parking in downtown Savannah. I loved that we had our personal parking spot and that the grocery store and Forsyth Park were a very short walk away!

This place is Amazing! Exceeded all expectations. You will not be disappointed. The house is newly renovated so it’s absolutely perfect. My family and I will definitely stay again. It’s an Airbnb that will not disappoint.
