The big beautiful windows overlook Barnard Street (your view is of a beautiful downtown intersection, and specifically the J. Crew store located in an old 5 and Dime store)
This residential condo building is above the Banana Republic Store. Broughton Street is literally right outside the building door with Kate Spade, Urban Outfitters, World of Beer, Flying Monk Noodle Bar, Goose Feathers, Starbucks, Leopold's Ice Cream and so much more.
There are 2 King size bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Rollaway cots for persons #5 and #6 are present. Enjoy your peaceful perch above the city chaos with soaring ceilings, exposed Savannah Grey Brick walls and gorgeous historic windows that allow you to people watch over one of the busiest shopping and dining areas downtown. The two bedrooms are separated, lying on either side of the living room. Each has a real door. A large genuine leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV and open-concept kitchen makes the the perfect central hub for your group.
We subscribe to a 24/7 access card to the nearest garage which is one block away. This covers ONE vehicle for using the garage during your entire stay. If you have more than one car you will need to simply pay the garage attendant for it, or park on the public street.

My husband, myself, son and daughter in law were pleased the moment we walked in. Spacious open floor plan, high ceilings and beautiful windows. I really like the bedrooms with attached baths being on opposite sides of the living area. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping, dining, market square and river st. The condo was clean and well equipped if you were to cook or do laundry. Happy we chose to stay in this unit verses being confined to a hotel room. Will stay again on our next trip to Savannah.
My husband and I really wanted to try Savannah and this seemed like an exquisite choice. Great sunlight, huge rooms & comfy beds. Everything felt brand spanking new from the towels to the floors to the refrigerator to the washer dryer which really came in handy. This was all confirmed by Mary who responded with lightning speed to all of our questions Perfect location to go exploring – – everything right there. And the parking pass was a godsend! --we love Savannah we love the building and we love Mary!

I've stayed in other condos in this building, it is the best location if you want to spoil yourself with restaurants and never drive. The windows in this unit are gorgeous. This is my new favorite place to stay.
