1BR/1BA Historic Two-Story Row House
Savannah, Georgia, United States 31401
Built in 1854, this Greek Revival home will give you the real Savannah experience you are looking for! Situated in the heart of downtown, this spot is walking distance from dozens of restaurants and tourist destinations. This unique spot also offers the peace & quiet of being tucked away, steps away from Green Square.
This is THE quintessential historic getaway for a couple. The bedroom with Queen size bed is a spacious loft style room (no door to bedroom) upstairs. The bathroom is upstairs en suite with the bedroom. The bathroom does have a sliding door.
We can accommodate a 3rd person, using a rollaway cot, which can be placed in the sitting room portion of the bedroom. There is no door between the sitting room and bed area.
Parking is easy to come by on the public street.
There are meters right in front of the house. Meters are best handled with a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The Pass is $15 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours as of 2018. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street.
If you would prefer to purchase your Day Pass from the nearby 17hundred90 Inn front desk (less than 2 short blocks from this house) they are happy to oblige. While there, enjoy drinks or dinner!

This house was everything I expected and more. The design was so fresh and trendy and made it so comfortable to stay in. It was within walking distance to most of the shops and historical sites in town. My husband and I absolutely recommend this house to anyone thinking about visiting Savannah.
We loved staying at this quaint townhouse in Historic Savannah for our anniversary. The house is stylishly decorated and very comfortable for the two of us. My husband and I enjoy cooking, and the full kitchen was surprisingly well-appointed and easy to cook and bake in! The stairs to the bedroom/bathroom are quiet steep, so be warned if you are less nimble or a fall risk. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and parking is free on the square. The townhouse is within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go -- River St., Historic district, butcher shop and grocery store. It's also just a short jump to get on Hwy 17 to head to the islands. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We hope to come again!
The property is charming and well stocked. The location is perfect and offers access to everything you need within walking distance. And the customer service is great; Mary, the property manager, was very helpful and accommodating. We absolutely loved it and can't recommend it enough. One thing to keep in mind: The bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, so be mindful of that.
My husband and I really enjoyed this home. It is perfectly situated - within close proximity to great shopping and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise and bustle. It is truly a beautiful home that is clean, well-furnished, and really comfortable. It feels like a home and not just a vacation rental. It is the perfect place to stay when you're in Savannah. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay here for the same price (or cheaper) and have a much better experience with all the comforts of a five star hotel!
This home is absolutely beautiful! It is in a perfect location as well. It is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Savannah. The house is clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. It is nice to have a full kitchen to make coffee, cook breakfast, or even make dinner in one night. The price is awesome too! It is more cost-efficient than a hotel, and way nicer! I can't wait for my next visit to this charming Savannah home.
Such a beautifully updated historic Savannah home located right in the heart of downtown. Beautifully decorated, open and airy, with original hardwoods and architectural details. We loved this house on site! The owners have made sure everything is comfortable and welcoming. Walk to Broughton, Bay or River Streets for food, shopping and Savannah night life or walk to Forsyth Park. It's also right off one of Savannah's many historic squares. Perfect spot for a romantic weekend in beautiful Savannah.
My husband and I loved staying here! It is conveniently located and the house itself had such a classy charm. After exploring for the day, it was nice to come "home" and cook while still being in the same room - the open kitchen was perfect to do just that. The bedroom was comfortable as I was able to read in the bedroom nook while my husband slept in. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to staying in Savannah! We are definitely coming back.
This is one of the prettiest homes I have seen in Savannah. I love it. I wish I could buy it!
