The apartment has a queen bed, a nice bathroom, a small equipped kitchen (has pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses). Living room area with TV, bistro dinette set and a love seat.
This carriage house apartment is upstairs behind a gorgeous mansion that faces Bull Street. This is a quiet, romantic oasis in the midst of the busy city environment. Other things to note
Parking is on-street and spots are typically easy to find at this location. Meters are best handled with a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The Pass is $15 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours as of 2018. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. Beyond that, just read posted street sweeper signs. There is always somewhere to park.

Absolutely wonderful, perfectly sized space in the middle of everything. Could not have asked for a better location. Easy to get in and out of and easy to find. Parking was simple as well.
This little apartment is in a great location and looked just like it appeared in the photos! The neighborhood (and much of Savannah) is quiet and extremely walkable. The kitchen is quite small but for 1-2 people is just fine and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants in walking distance. Mary was extremely responsive and accommodating.
