Design District Salon
Savannah, Georgia, United States 31401
This spacious unit in a 4 story historic home on Jones Street consists of the entire 3rd story of the house. There are two bedrooms, but we call this the family suite or "salon" because the 2nd bedroom can only be accessed by walking through the first bedroom. Each bedroom has a King size bed. The gorgeous bathroom is located off the newly remodeled European style kitchen.
This unit has its own dedicated high speed internet network so it is ideal for those traveling for business or working "from home" while on vacation. Forget spotty hotel wifi or sharing a network with the whole building and enjoy 150MB/sec download and 20MB/sec upload business class internet speeds during your stay at this fabulous downtown Savannah location.
There is a nice large dining table with benches and a sitting room.
There is no elevator so guests must be able to use the stairs. You will walk up the one flight of exterior stairs plus one flight of interior stairs to reach your floor.
Parking is on-street and spots are typically easy to find at this location. Meters are best handled with a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The Pass is $15 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours as of 2018. This can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street.

Great Space and Location
Space has a lot of character and is in a great location
I LOVED this place so much that I extended my stay!! Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing amenities, convenient location, lovely owners, and great management. LUXURIOUS apartment with gorgeous HISTORIC DESIGN. I wish I could rate this place above 5 Stars!! If you plan to stay in the downtown area this is the place! It’s BEAUTIFUL, QUIET, so CLEAN and with a FULL KITCHEN (microwave, oven, dishwasher, silverware) and LAUNDRY amenities in the apartment. The vintage details the owners have put into this building combined with the modern renovations/design made me FALL IN LOVE with this apartment! The place is designed to mix Savannah's historic vibe with modern luxury. The gorgeous French doors/windows in both bedrooms have BLACKOUT SHADES and curtains, as soon as you hit the bed you will sleep like a baby!! I slept better here than I do at home! I can't even start on how amazing the bathroom is. Look at the pictures and realize it's even better in person! Even with hurricane passing through, I never lost power or WiFi. I was traveling for work and this place was absolutely PERFECT. I usually stay at a Marriott or Hilton hotel, but I was so unimpressed by their rooms (carpet, looked dirty, super small rooms, and old, awful bathrooms/showers) that I decided to try AirBNB and I SO HAPPY I did! Anytime I'm working in Savannah, I'll be staying here at 120 W Jones St.
We had such a great stay ! Absolutely everything we needed and walking distance from everything!!
Grand and Gracious
This grand and gracious unit has been professionally updated while leaving the 1852 charm and character. It is one of the most spacious places I have stayed and it perfectly located in the historic district - no need for a car! Thanks Mary for a great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The place was very clean, had all new appliances, and easy parking and access to the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean. The bathroom was all new and had a huge walk in shower with waterfall shower head which was so comfortable. The whole unit has this historic feel because of the original floors, but it was still very new with all new appliances and modern decor. Their are a bunch of stairs to get into the building and to the third floor, but it’s wasnt difficult. We also couldn’t hear any of the neighbors which was nice because we were traveling with our three month old and we didn’t have to worry about anyone waking him up partying. The whole street is absolutely gorgeous! Probably the prettiest street in Savannah. We just got a parking pass from the parking office and always found a spot easily. It’s also so close to Forsyth Park, restaurants, churches, and tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
